Who does the work
CompleteEvent was built by someone who spent years running event programs for nonprofits — registration workflows, communication systems, session planning, volunteer coordination. Not as a consultant, but as the person actually operating these events. The same experience informs how we staff services engagements: people who have run nonprofit conferences and association events, not generalist contractors. When you hire us, you get direct access to that team.

We set up your event end-to-end — registration, sessions, speakers, communications — and staff the platform on event day. You focus on the program.
Price depends on scope and duration. A half-day gala or single-track event is at the low end. A multi-day conference with a full session program, speaker management, and on-site staffing is at the high end. We scope it on the call.

per year
Your full year's event calendar managed by us. Annual conference plus up to 6 smaller events, custom integrations with your existing tools, and a dedicated point of contact.
Best for: year-round event calendars
Services are billed in addition to your CompleteEvent subscription. Your subscription covers the platform — services cover the people.
