Resending a Lost Ticket or Confirmation Email
Attendees who lost their confirmation email can get their ticket resent in seconds — no login required. Just enter the email address used at registration.
Overview
If an attendee loses their confirmation email, they can get their ticket resent in seconds — no account login required. They simply enter the email address they used when registering.
How Attendees Resend Their Ticket
- Go to your event's ticket page — the link looks like
completeevent.app/[org]/[event]/ticket(no confirmation code in the URL). - A Lost your ticket? form will appear automatically.
- Enter the email address used at registration and click Resend my ticket.
- If a confirmed registration is found for that email, the confirmation email — including the QR code and confirmation code — is resent within seconds.
The response always says "Check your email" regardless of whether the address was found, to protect attendee privacy.
Sharing the Resend Link
You can include the base ticket URL (without ?c=) in your event communications so attendees always have a place to retrieve their ticket. For example:

You can also look up any attendee in Registrations → List and resend their confirmation directly from their registration detail page.
Rate Limiting
To prevent abuse, the resend form is rate-limited to 5 requests per IP address per hour. Legitimate attendees will never hit this limit.
