Assistente de configuração de evento e lista de verificação
Após criar um evento, o CompleteEvent pergunta que tipo de evento você está executando e mostra as próximas etapas personalizadas. A lista de verificação de configuração acompanha seu progresso.
Overview
When you sign up and create your organization, CompleteEvent asks one question first: What kind of event are you running? After you name your organization, you go straight to the Create Event form. Your answer pre-fills the event description prompt on that form.
The Four Event Types
- Simple RSVP — Free events, meetups, and community gatherings.
- Paid / Ticketed — Classes, workshops, and any event where you charge admission.
- Conference / Summit — Multi-track agenda with speakers and sessions.
- Fundraiser / Gala — Nonprofit events with donations, an auction, or a raffle.
The choice does not lock any features. Every feature on your plan stays available in the event navigation whichever type you pick.
Default Ticket Type
Every event created with the standard form gets a free “General Admission” ticket type, so registration is ready to open. Edit or replace it under Launch → Ticket Types.
Go-Live Checklist
While an event is a draft, its Overview page shows a Your event page is ready to publish card with a Publish button. It tracks:
- Title and date
- Ticket type
- Description
- Cover image
- Stripe payouts (only when the event has a paid ticket type)
Each item links to the page where you set it. The card disappears once the event is published.
