Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers events up to 100 attendees with full features — custom RSVP fields, QR check-in, confirmation emails, and attendance exports. Most small open house events at individual school buildings fit within the free plan.

Can we limit registrations by time slot?

Yes. Create separate ticket tiers or sessions for each tour time — 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM — each with its own capacity. When a slot fills, it shows as sold out and new registrants can join a waitlist.

Can families register multiple people on one form?

Yes. Add a field for number of guests or add separate attendee sections. Families can complete one registration that covers all attendees in their group. Each registrant still gets their own QR code in the confirmation email.

How do we send reminders to registered families?

Reminder emails go out automatically based on the schedule you set. You can also send a broadcast email to all registrants at any time — useful for parking updates, schedule changes, or day-of instructions.

Can we collect questions from families before the event?

Yes. Add a free-text field to the registration form asking for questions, topics of interest, or anything your staff needs to know in advance. All responses appear in the registrant list and attendance export.

How do we handle no-shows?

The attendance export shows check-in status for every registrant — attended, not checked in, or waitlisted. If you have a waitlist, no-shows free up spots that are automatically offered to the next person in line before the event.
