イベントフィードとお知らせ
イベント中に参加者へリアルタイム更新を投稿:プログラム変更、会場変更、リマインダー。
Overview
The event feed is a real-time announcement board that attendees can access through their personal event link. Use it to post updates during the event — schedule changes, room reassignments, reminders, or anything else your attendees need to know in the moment. Available on Starter and Pro plans.
The feed is separate from broadcast email. Email is better for pre-event communication and post-event follow-ups. The feed is better for day-of updates where you need attendees to see something immediately without waiting for an email to land.
Posting to the Feed
- Open your event in the dashboard and click Feed in the event navigation.
- Click New post.
- Write your update. Posts support plain text. Keep them short — attendees are reading on their phones.
- Click Post. The update appears in the attendee feed immediately.
There is no character limit, but posts over a few sentences tend to go unread. If you need to communicate something lengthy, use broadcast email instead.
Pinning a Post
You can pin one post to the top of the feed so it stays visible regardless of how many newer posts appear. This is useful for critical information — a room change, a venue emergency exit, or a standing reminder.
To pin a post, click the ⋯ menu on any post and select Pin post. Only one post can be pinned at a time. Pinning a new post unpins the previous one automatically.
Editing and Deleting Posts
Posts can be edited or deleted at any time from the ⋯ menu. Editing a post updates it in place for attendees — there is no indication that a post was edited. If you need to correct something significant, consider deleting the original and posting a new one so the correction appears at the top of the feed.
How Attendees See the Feed
The feed is accessible at the Feed tab within the attendee's personal event guide (reached via their confirmation link). It shows posts in reverse chronological order. Attendees do not need to refresh — the feed updates in real time while they have the page open.
Attendees do not receive a push notification or email when a new post appears. If a post is time-sensitive, consider also sending a short broadcast SMS (Pro) or email to alert people to check the feed.
Organizer View
The Feed page in the dashboard shows all posts with timestamps and the name of the team member who posted them. All org admins and event staff can post to the feed. Posts are attributed to the poster's name in the dashboard view but appear without attribution in the attendee-facing feed.
