ブランド確認メール
ヘッダー画像、アクセントカラー、本文冒頭段落、フッターメモ、返信先アドレスを使って確認メールをカスタマイズ。
Overview
Branded confirmation emails let you customize the look and content of every confirmation email sent for your event — header image, accent color, intro paragraph, footer note, and reply-to address. Changes apply to all future confirmations for that event. Available on Starter and Pro plans.
Opening the Email Settings
- Open your event in the dashboard.
- Go to Promote → Email Settings.
Customization Options
Header image URL — Paste a direct image URL (Cloudinary, S3, or any publicly accessible image). The image is displayed at 600px wide at the top of the email, above the greeting. Use a landscape image for best results (recommended ratio 3:1, e.g., 600×200px).
Accent color — Controls the color of buttons, links, and dividers inside the email. Defaults to your organization's primary color. Use the color picker or type a hex value directly.
Intro paragraph — A short message from you shown above the standard "You're confirmed for [Event]" content. Use it for a personal welcome, key logistics, or a sponsorship message. Plain text only, no HTML.
Footer note — Text shown below the ticket details and QR code. Good for parking instructions, dress code, what to bring, or any other attendee info that doesn't fit elsewhere.
Reply-to email — Replies from attendees go to this address instead of the default noreply address. Use your event inbox or a team alias.
Show org logo — Toggle whether your organization logo appears in the email header. If your header image already includes your logo, you may want to turn this off to avoid duplication.
Live Preview
As you type, the preview panel on the right updates in real time showing a mock email layout with your settings applied. This is a close approximation — actual rendering varies slightly between email clients.
Sending a Test Email
Click Send test email to receive the customized confirmation email at your own address. This is the best way to check how it looks in a real inbox before your event opens for registration.
When Do Changes Take Effect
Email settings apply to all confirmation emails sent after you save. Attendees who already registered before you made changes will not receive a new email. If you want to resend a confirmation with updated branding, use the Broadcast feature to send a follow-up email to confirmed attendees.
Email Client Compatibility
CompleteEvent emails are built for broad compatibility with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and major mobile clients. Custom HTML is not supported in the intro or footer fields — only plain text. If you paste HTML tags, they will appear as literal text.
