マルチイベントパスとシーズンチケット
1回の購入で複数のイベントにアクセスできるバンドルを販売:シーズンパス、カンファレス+ワークショップセット、年間会員資格。
Overview
Event passes let you sell a single ticket that grants access to multiple events — a season pass, a conference + workshop bundle, or an annual membership. Buyers receive one confirmation email listing every included event. Available on Pro plans.
Creating a Pass
- From your organization dashboard, click Passes in the left navigation.
- Click Create pass and fill in:
- Name — e.g., "2026 Annual Conference Bundle" or "Season Pass"
- Description — what's included and why it's valuable
- Price — the bundle price (can be less than the sum of individual events)
- Currency — same options as individual events
- Capacity — optional limit on how many passes can be sold
- Included events — checkboxes for all events in your organization. Select every event the pass should cover.
- Click Create pass. The pass starts in Draft status.
Activating and Sharing a Pass
A pass in Draft status is not purchasable. When you're ready to sell:
- Open the pass from the Passes list.
- Click Activate pass. The status changes to Active.
- Share the public purchase URL:
completeevent.app/[your-org]/passes/[pass-id]. This page shows the pass name, price, description, and the list of included events with dates.
You can deactivate a pass at any time — the purchase page will show it as unavailable. Existing purchases are not affected.
The Buyer Experience
- Buyer visits the pass purchase page and enters their name and email.
- For paid passes, they're redirected to Stripe Checkout. For free passes, they're confirmed instantly.
- After purchase, they receive a confirmation email with a unique pass confirmation code and a list of every included event with its date and location.
Viewing Purchases
Open a pass from the Passes list and click through to the pass detail page. It shows a table of all purchases with buyer name, email, confirmation code, purchase date, and amount paid. Click Export CSV to download the full list.
Editing a Pass
You can update a pass's name, description, and included events at any time, even after it's active. Price changes only affect future purchases — existing buyers keep their original price. If you remove an event from an active pass, existing buyers are not notified automatically; use a broadcast email to communicate changes.
Check-in for Pass Holders
Pass holders receive a pass confirmation code, not individual event confirmation codes. At present, pass holders need to be manually added to specific event registration lists or checked in by name. Per-event QR check-in integration for pass holders is coming in a future update.
