Describe tu evento en lenguaje natural y obtén una estructura completa — título, descripción, niveles, temas, FAQ y borrador de correo — en segundos.

Overview

CompleteEvent's AI assistant can scaffold a complete event from a plain-English description — title, description, ticket tiers, session tracks, FAQ, and a draft save-the-date email — in seconds. It also helps you draft broadcast emails to attendees from a short prompt. Powered by Claude (Anthropic).

Creating an Event with AI

  1. Go to your dashboard and click Create event.
  2. At the top of the form, find the Create with AI card (marked Beta).
  3. Type a description of your event — the more detail the better. For example: "A 2-day DevOps conference in Austin, Texas for 400 engineers. October 15–16, 2026. Three ticket tiers: early bird, standard, and VIP. Topics include CI/CD, platform engineering, and observability."
  4. Click Generate event →. The AI runs for a few seconds and returns a complete event scaffold.
  5. The event title and description fields are auto-filled. An AI Suggestions panel appears below with recommended ticket tiers, session tracks, FAQ items, and a draft announcement email.
  6. Review each suggestion. Click Add these tiers or Add these tracks to accept them, or dismiss anything you don't need.
  7. Finish filling in the date, venue, and other details, then save the event normally.

The AI fills in a starting point — everything it generates can be edited freely before or after saving.

Drafting Broadcast Emails with AI

  1. Open your event and go to Promote → Broadcast.
  2. Click Draft with AI near the subject line.
  3. In the popup, describe what the email is about — for example: "Remind attendees to book their hotel before the August 15 cutoff" or "Announce that the keynote speaker has been confirmed."
  4. Click Generate →. The subject line and body are filled in automatically.
  5. Edit the draft as needed, then send or schedule as usual.

Tips for Better Results

  • Include the event type, audience, location, size, and date range in your description.
  • Mention any specific ticket tiers you want (e.g., "student discount at $49").
  • Name specific topics or tracks if you have them in mind — the AI will use them as session track suggestions.
  • You can run the generator multiple times on the same form — each run produces a fresh set of suggestions.

Privacy

Your event description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the suggestions. No attendee data is sent to the AI — only the text you type into the description box.
