Passes Apple Wallet et Google Wallet
Permettez aux participants d'ajouter leur billet à Apple Wallet ou Google Wallet pour un accès facile au code QR depuis l'écran de verrouillage.
Overview
CompleteEvent can generate Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for attendee tickets. When a pass is added to the attendee's device, it appears in their native wallet app alongside boarding passes and payment cards — with the event name, date, venue, and QR code all in one place. Wallet passes are available on all plans.
How Attendees Add Their Ticket to Apple Wallet
- Attendees open the ticket page from the link in their confirmation email (or by visiting
/[event]/ticket?code=THEIR_CODE). - Tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. On iOS and macOS, this triggers the native wallet add flow.
- The pass is saved to their Wallet app and will appear on their lock screen when they arrive at the venue location.
Apple Wallet passes require your CompleteEvent account to have an Apple Pass Signing Certificate configured. Contact support if you want to enable signed passes under your own organization's Apple Developer account — this gives passes your org's name and branding instead of CompleteEvent's.
How Attendees Add Their Ticket to Google Wallet
- On the ticket page, tap "Add to Google Wallet".
- Attendees are redirected to Google's wallet save flow and prompted to add the pass to their Google account.
- The pass appears in Google Wallet with the event details and QR code. On Android, it can also surface on the lock screen.
Google Wallet passes use your organization's Google Wallet Issuer ID if configured, or CompleteEvent's shared issuer ID by default. Contact support to configure your own issuer.
What's on the Pass
- Event name and organizer name
- Date and time (in the event's local timezone)
- Venue name and city
- Attendee's full name
- Confirmation code
- QR code (same code used at check-in)
Passes and Check-in
The QR code on the wallet pass is identical to the one in the attendee's confirmation email and on the ticket page. Your check-in team can scan it from the attendee's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet directly — there is nothing special to configure.
Updating Passes
If the event date or venue changes after a pass has been issued, attendees will need to re-add their pass from the ticket page to get the updated details. Automatic pass updates are not yet supported.
