Définir les paramètres par défaut de notification e-mail au niveau de l'organisation

Configurez une fois, appliquez à tous les événements. Définissez les types de rappel par défaut, l'heure d'envoi, le délai d'enquête et la copie personnalisée de votre organisation.

Why Org Defaults Exist

If you run multiple events per year, you probably want the same notification behavior across all of them — the same send hour, the same reminder types, maybe a standard intro paragraph for your audience. Setting this up once at the org level means every new event inherits these settings automatically, with no per-event configuration required.

You can still override any setting on an individual event without changing the org default. The org default is a starting point, not a lock.

Finding Org Notification Defaults

Go to Org Settings › Notifications. Only org owners and admins can change these defaults.

Available Fields

Reminder Email Defaults

  • Send 3-day reminder by default — on or off for all new events
  • Send 1-day reminder by default — on or off for all new events
  • Send morning-of reminder by default — on or off for all new events
  • Default send hour — wall-clock hour (0–23) in the event's local timezone when reminders fire; default 9:00 AM
  • 3-day reminder intro text — optional paragraph inserted above the standard reminder body
  • 1-day reminder intro text — same, for the day-before email
  • Morning-of reminder intro text — same, for the morning-of email

Post-Event Survey Defaults

  • Send post-event survey by default — on or off for all new events
  • Default survey delay — hours after the event ends before the survey is sent; default 2 hours
  • Default survey intro text — replaces "Thank you for attending…"
  • Default survey button label — replaces "Share Your Feedback"

How Defaults Flow to New Events

When a new event is created, it inherits all org defaults. Each event's Notification Settings page shows Using org default: [value] next to any field that has not been overridden.

Updating the org default does not retroactively change existing events or reschedule emails that are already queued. It only affects new events created after the change. To update an existing event, go to that event's Notification Settings and set the value there.

Plan Availability

Toggle controls (on/off per reminder type) and custom intro text are available on all plans, including Free.

The default send hour and default survey delay fields require a Starter or Pro plan. On Free, reminders fire at 9:00 AM local time and surveys go out 2 hours after the event ends.
