Overview

The event page builder lets you add custom sections to your public event landing page — without writing code. Use it to showcase your speaker lineup, highlight the schedule, list sponsors, add an FAQ, or write a custom HTML block.

The page builder is available on all plans. Go to Program → Page Builder in your event dashboard to get started.

Available Section Types

• Speakers grid — automatically pulls in speakers from your sessions and displays them in a photo grid with bio and session info.
• Schedule preview — shows a condensed view of your agenda, drawing from your published sessions.
• Sponsors wall — displays your sponsor logos and names in a tiered grid.
• FAQ — a collapsible accordion. Add question/answer pairs to address common attendee questions before they email you.
• Stats — auto-populated stats like attendee count, session count, and number of tracks. Stays up to date automatically.
• Call to action — a prominent CTA block with a title, subtitle, and button linking to any URL. Useful for driving registrations or a specific action.
• Custom HTML — paste any HTML. Good for embedding a video, a map, or third-party widgets.

Adding and Managing Sections

1. Go to Program → Page Builder.
2. Select a section type from the dropdown and fill in the required fields. Click Add section.
3. Sections appear in the list below. You can toggle each section on or off without deleting it — useful for hiding a section during setup.
4. Delete a section to remove it permanently from the page.

Sections render in the order they are listed. Reorder them by changing the sort order or by deleting and re-adding them in the desired order.

Tips

• The speakers grid and schedule preview populate from your existing session data — make sure you've added sessions before enabling those sections.
• For the FAQ section, front-load the questions attendees always ask: parking, dress code, CE credits, and refund policy.
• Custom HTML sections support embedded videos. For YouTube: use the <iframe> embed code from YouTube's Share → Embed option.
