Abstract Book Export

Generate a print-ready PDF of your accepted abstracts with author and keyword indexes and numbered affiliations. Download it from the program page and hand it to attendees.

Overview

The abstract book is a print-ready PDF of your accepted abstracts, with an author index and a keyword index built from the data your submitters entered. It is the program handout for a conference or symposium — one file you can post, print, or email to attendees.

Download the book

  1. Go to Abstracts → Program for your event.
  2. Select Download abstract book (PDF). The file is generated from your current accepted abstracts, so regenerate it after you accept or edit abstracts to pick up the changes.

What's in it

  • Abstracts — each accepted abstract with its title, authors, and body.
  • Numbered affiliations — a shared institution is listed once and referenced by number against each author, rather than repeated in full every time.
  • ORCID — each author's ORCID iD is shown when you collected it.
  • Author index — every author with the abstracts they appear on.
  • Keyword index — abstracts grouped by the keywords submitters supplied.

Get the most out of it

The indexes are only as good as the submission data. Collecting keywords and co-authors on the submission form, and turning on ORCID collection, is what fills the author and keyword indexes and keeps affiliations clean. See ORCID iD and Author Affiliations for that setup.
