Can chapter staff manage their own events without seeing other chapters' data?

Yes. Role-based access controls what each team member can see. Chapter event managers are scoped to their chapter's events only. They can create events, manage registrations, and run check-in without any access to other chapters' data or org-level settings.

Can national staff see all chapters at once?

Yes. National staff with org-level access see all events across all chapters from the organization dashboard. You can view registrations, export attendance, and send broadcasts across the entire org from one place.

How does member pricing work at the chapter level?

Create a Member ticket tier and a Non-Member tier with different prices for each event. Issue a promo code to your chapter's member list — members enter the code at checkout to unlock the member price. Non-members without the code pay the standard rate. Promo codes can be set per event or reused across chapter events.

Is there a discount for associations?

Yes. Nonprofits and 501(c)(6) trade associations receive 20% off all paid plans. The discount is applied through a self-certification step at checkout — no application or documentation required. Starter becomes $15.20/mo and Pro becomes $39.20/mo.

Can we run free chapter meetings with no fees?

Yes. Free events have no platform fee. Chapter luncheons or meetings with no ticket price incur no charges. The free plan covers events up to 100 attendees; paid plans remove that cap.

How many team members can we have per account?

The Starter plan includes 3 team members per organization. Pro includes unlimited team members. For an association with many chapters, Pro gives each chapter coordinator their own login without worrying about seat limits.
