Can students sign up for specific breakout sessions?

Yes. You can create individual sessions — advising tracks, campus tours, housing info sessions, dining walkthroughs — each with its own capacity limit. Students choose their sessions during registration. When a session fills, overflow goes to a waitlist that auto-promotes when spots open.

Can we collect parent and guardian contact information?

Yes. Custom fields let you add a parent/guardian section to the registration form with separate name, email, phone, and relationship fields. You can mark any field as required or optional.

Is there a free plan for small programs?

Yes. The free plan covers events up to 100 attendees with full features — session sign-ups, custom fields, QR check-in, confirmation emails, and attendance exports. Programs with larger cohorts can upgrade to Starter or Pro.

How do we handle dietary restrictions and accessibility needs?

Add a dropdown or free-text field for dietary restrictions, another for accessibility accommodations, and any other intake question your program needs. All custom field responses appear in the attendee list and attendance export.

How does QR check-in work at large venues with multiple entry points?

Each staff member opens the check-in scanner in a browser on their phone — no app required. Multiple staff can scan simultaneously from different entry points. The attendee list updates in real time across all devices.

Does the educational discount apply automatically?

The 20% discount requires a self-certification step at checkout. K-12 schools and accredited universities qualify. No documentation required upfront — you certify your institution's eligibility when you select a paid plan.
