Is there a free plan for churches?

Yes. The free plan covers events up to 100 attendees with full features — QR check-in, custom forms, confirmation emails, and attendance exports. Most smaller church events like Sunday service signups, small group gatherings, and committee meetings fit within the free plan.

Do you offer a discount for churches?

Yes. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations receive 20% off all paid plans. The discount is applied through a self-certification step at checkout — no application or documentation required upfront.

Can we collect donations on the registration form?

Yes. Enable the donation add-on under Fundraising in your event dashboard. A donation section appears on the registration form with preset amounts and an open field. Funds go directly to your connected Stripe account.

How do we handle free events with no tickets?

Free events have no platform fee on any plan. Collect RSVPs with any custom fields you need, send confirmation emails with QR codes, and check in at the door — all without processing a payment.

Can volunteers run check-in without a full account?

Volunteers with a team member seat on your account can access the check-in scanner from any phone. No app install required — it runs in the browser. The Starter plan includes 3 team members; Pro includes unlimited.

Can we run VBS registration with multiple age groups?

Yes. Create ticket tiers for each age group (Pre-K, K–2nd, 3rd–5th, etc.) with separate capacity limits. Add custom fields for allergies, emergency contacts, and parent information. Each tier can have its own confirmation email.
